A recent addition to Assemble, these classes are ran by Matthew Elliot - professional MMA fighter and ex-team GB Judo and Wrestling. Matt is one of the most experienced martial artists in the country. These classes cover all aspects of MMA and are open to people of all skill and experience level.

David Orchin is the head coach and owner of Assemble Jiu Jitsu.

He has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 10 years, and has been fortunate enough to train at multiple BJJ gyms across the world - including a 6 month period under world renowned coach Lachlan Giles.

With formal qualifications in Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training, and a Master of Science in Return to Performance and Sports Injuries, David has extensive experience and a genuine passion for human movement.

His dream is to provide a facility where he can share his knowledge of BJJ and fitness, helping you develop not only as a martial artist, but improving your overall health and fitness along the way.
