NEW BEGINNERS COURSE

STARTS SATURDAY 13th SEPTEMBER

If you’re interested in starting BJJ and grappling, this is the perfect opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the sports in a welcoming, friendly environment.

The course will run for 4 consecutive weeks from 9:30-10:30am. The best part? It’s totally FREE!

You are then welcome to join into our Open Mat class (also, for free) to meet some of our current members and participate in sparring.

  • “Started the club on the 4 week beginners class then carried onto full membership the club is top notch in all aspects. The members are brilliant and David makes sure he gets round every member to make sure everyone is doing things right, top coach! Completely addicted and highly recommend this place.”

    - Jai Lough

  • “Being new to a sport can be a daunting experience but David and the rest of the people at Assemble are extremely welcoming and patient. David explains things very well and creates a fun and relaxed environment.

There’s a nice social atmosphere being part of the club. Another great thing is how David brings in coaches from other sports (Judo, Wrestling etc) to take a class every month which is a really good way to help develop your skills in other areas. Highly recommend”

    - Marcus Mullan

  • “I could not recommend Assemble highly enough. David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience coupled with a modern approach to teaching.

There is a great buzz and friendly, welcoming atmosphere about the club. Whether you’re wanting to give it a go for the first time or you are more experienced looking for a new club this is the place to go.”

    - Robert O'Callaghan
